It was a rainwashed evening and you were all grey
You never said the reason no matter how much I asked
I know you were stubborn come what may
The sun had set and it already dusked
When tears were there in your dreamy eyes

No matter how much i pretend to be wise
I asked : " Honey don't you love me true?"
You nodded yes inspite of your tears
"Then why don't you tell me what's wrong?"I asked.
And blow lightly in your little ears
Trying to unravel the pain you have masked
But you acted stiff and tough
Turning your face away in other direction
You act like you got to cough
Unable to draw any useful information
I suddenly started losing my cool
And thought that you don't believe me anymore
That really made me feel like a fool
But still i waited outside the door
Because I knew one day you will speak to me
And share all your sorrow
And I will be waiting as long as you like me to be
